WOW! This game completely blew me away when I played it for the first time. It is awesome...
Title: Manhunt Publisher: Rockstar Game Developer: Rockstar North Release Date: November 2003 ESRB: M for Mature
The game starts in a dark secluded room, and a voice comes over the speaker into the room. The voice belongs to one Lionel Starkweather, once a well-known director in Hollywood, forced down the ladder, and relegated to doing snuff films. Then a guy wakes up. This guy is James Earl Cash. He's supposed to be dead, but thanks to this Starkweather, he wasn't given the lethal injection that he was supposed to get, but rather a strong dose of sedatives. When he wakes up, he gets filled in on his situation. He then gets released, and told that he's the star of Starkweather's newest snuff film, appropriately entitled "Manhunt". He then must make his way through the streets of Carcer City, hiding in the shadows from the other "cast members"--hunters-- that are looking for him. In this film, it's kill or be killed. You must use the variety of weapons and lure items that you come across in order to survive. Not only those, but the environment too. This is the ultimate in the Survival/Horror game genre, and I give this game a maximum 10/10, and I recommend that you pick it up and play it, if you haven't already.
